Pipe and Drape
We offer a variety of drapery colors and combinations as well
as different heights and widths of drapery pipe.
Tables and Chairs
We rent booth tables in 4ft, 6ft, and 8ft lengths.
Tables can be rented bare, or covered with white vinyl and skirted
to match your drape. Folding chairs and folding wastebaskets are available as accessories. The table height can easily be elevated from 30" (sitting height) to 42" (standing height) using leg extensions.
We also rent bistro tables and barstools and larger circular tables for bigger groups.
Carpet
We offer a variety of carpet colors and sizes as well as regular or double carpet pad to help cushion those long days on your feet. Order ahead of time and we'll be sure to have your carpet laid and ready for you when you arrive at the setup.
Fabric Covered Panels
We stock blue 4'x8' double-sided fabric covered panels that can
be utilized in a variety of ways, from bulletin boards to dividers to
storage areas - horizontally and vertically. Graphics with velcro tabs can be easily attached and removed.
Registration Booths
Make it easy for your exhibitors to find you when they arrive
with a Registration Booth. Comes with a basic "REGISTRATION"
header graphic. Custom header graphics are available too!
Literature Racks
Need a prominent place to display all those flyers and brochures?
Rent our quality metal literature racks. With a minimal footprint
that takes up as little of your precious booth space as possible
(14.75"w x 53.5"h x 12"d), it features ten 8.5"x11" literature pockets
and a modular design that packs into 3 sections for easy shipping. Available with a silver finish.
Stanchions and Rope
Needing to control foot traffic in and around your space? Our rental stanchions and velvet rope will do the trick and look good doing it! Stanchions are chrome and you have the option of red or blue velvet rope.
Everything Else
We have lots of other rental items for specific needs or just to catch the eye of those valuable contacts walking by your booth. We even have ticket tumblers and water features available! We'll have a list and photos of these items coming soon!
